NorthLadder is official Trade-in Partner of Omantel.

Trade-in Omantel Services

1. The Trade in program is applicable for smartphones only, for Baqati customers who are eligible for device commitment contract.

2. All returned phones will be accepted if they are in working condition.

3. Devices must be examined and evaluated by the employee before being accepted into the program, and the final price of the device will be determined accordingly.

4. Customer is neither entitled to return his/her mobile phone after replacing nor getting its value in cash (a voucher will be given for the old device amount for instant redemption, upon customer’s approval)

5. Omantel has the right to reject any device that does not meet the conditions and it also has the right to suspend or amend the program at any time.

6. The Trade-in voucher is applicable for smartphones purchase through the instalments program only.

7. Multiple vouchers will not be accepted.


Commodity: Any personal item which the customer has legally acquired and wants to sell using the trade-in services of Omantel on Omantel ecommerce portal. 

Any and all products which are in the jurisdiction area of NorthLadder concept 

Any and all products which are in accordance to the rules of NorthLadder and 100% is authorized by NorthLadder 

All and any products are related with Trade license of the NorthLadder only

NorthLadder Services and Third Party Services

NorthLadder accepted to purchase the commodity offered as a used product at the agreed price defined in the deal confirmed by the Customer. NorthLadder shall, upon inspection of the commodity offered for sale by the customer, be entitled to modify the value previously offered pursuant to the commodity’s condition and the defects detected upon actual examination. The Customer shall be entitled to accept or reject such value without any liability on NorthLadder and/or Omantel (intermediary in conclusion of the deal). 

The Customer shall be responsible for removing all the data stored on the Commodity and all the stickers before handing it over to NorthLadder. NorthLadder shall not be held liable if it subsequently appeared that any of the data or particulars stored on the Commodity, which have not been removed by the customer before handing over the Commodity, have been stolen, transferred or used by any other person or entity in any way once the commodity has been sold by the Customer to NorthLadder or registered dealers of NorthLadder (misused) 
All devices bought by the NorthLadder should not have Carrier and iCloud Lock. The device being sold should be with a local TRA approval. NorthLadder reserves the right to refuse the purchase of a device if the Carrier and iCloud lock are still in place. 
The Customer agrees to provide personal details and allow NorthLadder to capture their photo IDs 

Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, Compliance 

It is agreed that when any dispute arises regarding interpretation and implementation of the provisions of this Agreement, the Courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall be concerned therewith. ’North Ladder Trading LLC (NL)’’. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. 

NorthLadder will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. 

Any customer using the website who is a Minor (under the age of 18) cannot register as a User of website and shall not transact on or use trade-in services. 

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and NorthLadder policies and rules. 

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

No Refund Policy and No Cancellation – Once a Service has been paid for, there are no refunds or cancellations – Customer assumes the responsibility for the sale, and no refunds, no exchange or cancellations are possible for any NorthLadder services or sold products.
